Common questions
Questions about ebooks and the store
Answers on hosting plans, payments, download links, and reading formats for Yuva Fiction Guild.
Hosting plan and store management
Which plan do I need?
The Premium hosting plan provides complete store management and automatic digital-product delivery, so the Unlimited plan is not required for these functions.
Are digital files delivered automatically?
Yes. Secure download links for uploaded PDF and EPUB files are sent automatically after a successful Razorpay payment.
Which file formats are supported?
The store supports PDF for fixed, print-style layouts and EPUB for reflowable text that adapts to mobile screens.
Subscriptions and payments
No hidden monthly add-ons
Payments are verified instantly through Razorpay, including domestic UPI apps. Store management and digital delivery run without hidden monthly add-ons beyond the hosting plan itself.
Confirm current pricing directly with the platform before launch, since plan terms can change.
